PLEASE NOTE
At the present time I have no way to crate Jukeboxes
or other large items that have to be picked up for shipping
FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You can call American Van at 1-800-726-1854 ask for Bob
for a shipping quote to your area from Londonderry, NH
They offer liftgate and door to door service
On residential deliveries they will bring
it right into your living room if you like
All Orders And Merchandise must be Paid In Full
To Nick's Jukebox Repair and checks cleared
before Merchandise is picked up for shipping
All Shipping and Insurance Costs
are the responsibility and are paid for by the Buyer
Buyer is responsible for contacting the Shipping Company
CLAIMS, DAMAGE & MISC
Make sure you tell the Shipping Company
that you will need a truck with a liftgate or ramp for delivery
Trying to unload a 400 lb. Jukebox
off of the back of a truck 4 feet up, without
a liftgate or ramp, will be very difficult
Always ask about insurance and cost to insure
your equipment from the Shipping Company
Once goods are accepted by the Shipping Company
they become the liability of the Shipping Company
Please take the time to inspect your equipment
"BEFORE" you sign the Bill Of Lading!!!
If there is visible damage or even suspected damage
that is the time to Act!!
Note any damage on the Bill Of Lading and have
the driver sign off to confirm any outstanding conditions
